So I didn’t exactly luck out in the skin department. I have ridiculously dry skin which means I have to moisturise religiously (face and body), which also means I can’t use anything too heavily fragranced, foaming or alcohol-based (hello tightness, itchiness and scaly skin).

And as much as I want to be that girl whose shower caddy looks like something straight out of a Space NK shoot, it’s never going to happen.  My shower is a sea of dermatologically approved, pharmacy looking labels, and although it’s a major yawn fest, I’ve come to terms, because using these guys is what keeps me and my Sahara Desert skin sane.

So when a girlfriend suggested I give Moo Goo Milk Wash a try, after one of my particularly boring rants about how annoying my reptilian legs were, I decided to give it a go, and boy is this a multi-tasking wonder.

Apparently, the guys at Moo Goo mixed 6 different types of cleansers (with some kind of voodoo cow magic), in a similar approach to how they make baby wipes so gentle. This ensures it cleanses the skin, but also adds back moisture. Word of warning, don’t expect big bubbles with this, it’s strictly sans suds.

One pump is enough for the whole body, leaving me feeling hydrated to the point that I can *almost* get away without moisturising. I’ve also put this to the test as a substitute face cleanser, and it’s not going to win any awards for a deep cleanse, but as a morning face refresh, it does the job.

And as a side note, I’ve started using this to wash my makeup brushes and it works a charm. Keeps the brushes nice and fluffy, and I don’t have to worry about it leaving any weird residue that will break me out. Hat-trick!

I’d recommend you grab yourself a bottle or two here before I start stockpiling them like a mad woman.
