Hi, I’m Arielle. I’m in New York right now raising the bar for myself once again and I’m considering looking in the mirror telling myself to chill the fuck out. I landed in NYC a few days ago and aside from making sure my Australian banter is on point, my skin needs to be at it’s absolute BEST. I’m finally at a point in my life where I’ve found my essentials in Skyendor. I was always one to listen try the latest and greatest but eventually realised it wasn’t necessarily right for my skin. Less is definitely more in when it comes to my skincare regime – if only my current workload were the same…

I trained for three years in NYC as an actress at the ripe old age of 18, so it feels like coming home. Since then, I’ve taught myself photography, while tapping into the fashion industry and establishing my own production company, Thom. I’m always on the go, flying between New York, Australia and Europe for various work projects, for which I’ve found my skin to have taken a beating.

I’ve been on the hunt for hormonal acne cures since the beginning. After spending some downtime in Melbourne earlier this year, I realised that some R&R, routine and nourishment can do wonders.

As well as launching Thom, a female-driven film production company, I have very recently placed all my energy and focus into Remy, a new fashion and lifestyle brand offering the world accessories, and unique life drawing pieces.

I was in an awful relationship that left me with pretty low self-esteem and putting a focus on the female form and reflecting my curves through artwork, it gave me the courage to love myself again. I had most of the artworks I was doing splayed out on hotel room floors and over my living room when I was at home. By surrounding myself with these images (purely from a lack of space in a nomadic lifestyle) I became at peace with myself again.

Skyendor Eternal Range and Facials

I have been to the moon and back with hormonal breakouts and this is the only thing that has worked! I began getting facials at the Lyall Spa in Melbourne and resident therapist Kumi (finally!) whipped my skin into shape. The Skyendor facials are *amazing* and their Eternal range works to hydrate and rejuvenate existing skin damage AND prevent anti-ageing. Winning.

Remy Linen Scrunchies

I was blessed with unruly, curly hair – think dreadlock formation after just two days. When I’m on a shoot or have a week of hustling ahead, I get a blow wave to save the hassle of trying to tame my mop. Every. Single. Day. The scrunchie concept came to me as it does for most entrepreneurs – I was trying to save a problem I had myself. I wanted to create something that could prolong my blow-wave – I simply wrap my hair in a top bun with my scrunchie before bed and it lasts over a week! Not to mention they double as a super cute wrist accessory.

Mecca Cosmetica To Save Face Superscreen SPF50+

I’ve traveled a LOT over the course of my life (and a lot of sun!), and I can hand-on-heart say this is the best sunscreen I have ever used. Mecca Cosmetica’s SPF50+ Superscreen feels like moisturiser, works like a primer and looks like skin. I use this product every single day, regardless of whether I’m wearing a face full of makeup or nothing at all. I hope they never stop with this one!

Louis Vuitton Make Up Bag

My godmother gave this to me for my 21st birthday. It’s the most durable, chic little thing on the planet! I love that it fits allllll the everyday goodies with brushes. I recently started putting the Remy Veggie Bag inside it as a liner of sorts to protect it because it’s so sentimental. Hopefully, it will last me a lifetime.

Mecca Cosmetic Lip De-Luscious Glide

I’ve been using the Mecca Cosmetica Lip De Luscious Glide ever since it came in a white tub 15 years ago, and I’m so glad it’s in a tube these days. It’s super hydrating and has a soft pink sheen, with SPF. Called a glide because it glides, and makes you feel so beautiful! Best lip balm ever.
