Hi! I’m Emi Moore. I was born and raised in Arkansas, moved to Singapore for high school, and now I’ve been in Richmond, Virginia for about seven years, so it’s pretty much home. I really got into beauty when I was working at Need Supply Co. as Assistant Women’s Buyer, which I did for four years. We launched the beauty department two years ago and I helped lead and develop brands we brought on. Through that, I ended up doing a lot of research on beauty products—what worked, what didn’t work—and that led me to focus on more natural beauty products. I left Need Supply last year to focus on my own business, Casa Shop, full-time, but I’m still very interested in the beauty world and am always testing something new. What you put on your skin goes into your body, so, just like food, I think you should try to use natural products as much as you can.

Glossier Priming Moisturizer

My skin gets super dry during colder months, so I’ll layer on this moisturizer a few times a day and before bed. It leaves my face nice and dewy.

1

DHC Perfect Pro Double Protection Mascara

Sometimes I’m too lazy to wear makeup so I’ll just swipe some of this mascara on with RMS’ Living Luminizer and call it a day. It’s the only mascara I’ve tried that doesn’t clump. 10/10.

2

Joanna Vargas Twilight Face Mask

A deep-conditioning face mask with a good amount of serum, which you rub into your skin once the mask is removed. It leaves my face feeling plump and moisturized. I like to use it after a long flight or a particularly cold day.

3

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

Apply a few layers of this lip mask to your lips before bed and wake up with moist lips. I’ll be honest, the pretty packaging sold me on this product, but I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and feel like it works! I love that it comes with a little application wand.
