While we would never claim to know everything, such as the origins of the universe or the grooming habits of Valentino’s dogs, we do know one thing for sure – the bags under our eyes are not Prada (but god, how we wish they were). Dark circles and puffiness are caused by a number of things, which, in a cruel twist of fate, are often things we really enjoy, including coffee, alcohol and late nights. In other instances, it can boil down to genetics, stress, hormonal imbalances, or staying up until 3am claiming to be reading Tolstoy’s War and Peace when really you are on a Youtube shame spiral because you simply HAD to know whether Meghan Markle would survive life in the royal family. Such is the complexity of the ~modern woman~.
