What does Beauty mean to you?

For me, beauty is a holistic experience that goes beyond just appearance. It’s about how we nurture ourselves from the inside out—whether it’s the food we eat, the products we use, or the energy we radiate. True beauty comes from a balance of physical wellness, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. When you feel good in your body and mind, that confidence and positivity shine through, creating a beauty that’s more authentic and lasting than anything superficial. It’s about being in harmony with yourself and embracing that wholeness in all that you do.

“I love pairing this with the Slip Tint for an extra boost of radiance. It adds just the right amount of healthy shimmer without looking glittery.”

“I use this mask twice a week to keep my skin balanced and clear. It’s powerful but I’m careful not to overuse it, as it can be drying.”

On Skincare

My skincare routine is very simple and gentle – I have sensitive-rosacea prone skin, so I really focus on hydration and avoid too many active ingredients. In the morning and evening, I cleanse with the Avène Mousse Nettoyante Essentielle, which is super lightweight and soothing.

For moisturizer, I used to rely a lot on the Crème Verte Espoir from Biologique Recherche, but recently I discovered La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 and I absolutely love it. It’s incredibly calming and also works beautifully as a base for makeup, so I use it twice a day.

For my under eyes, I apply the Revitalizing Eye Cream with Red Camellia from Chanel – it’s very refreshing and helps brighten and open up my gaze in the morning.

Twice a week, I also use the Masque Vivant from Biologique Recherche. It’s one of my favorite treatments for keeping my skin balanced and clear, but I’m careful not to overdo it since it can be a bit drying on my skin.

As for SPF, I never skip it. I either use the Saie Slip Tint with SPF 35 (a staple for me!) or the Lesse SPF, which feels great on the skin and layers really well. When it’s hot out, I also love spritzing the Avène Thermal Water, it’s so refreshing and soothing. And I always keep my La Bruket Lip Balm on hand; it’s super nourishing and a constant in my routine.

On Makeup

I love to keep my makeup really natural and glowy – it’s important for me that it feels light and breathable on the skin. I always start with the Saie Slip Tint paired with the Saie Glow Super Gel in Warmglow. I love how the two work together – they give my skin such a fresh, radiant finish without feeling like I’m wearing much at all.

To add a bit of definition, I use the Westman Atelier Contour Stick, sometimes layered with the Saie Powder Blush in the shade Ciao. It’s a soft, warm color that blends beautifully and never feels heavy. For me, keeping the base minimal and fresh is essential. Some days, especially when I want to keep things even more natural or I’m in a rush, I’ll use a tiny amount of the Farah Homidi Face Compact—which has both concealer and highlighter – just under my eyes directly over my moisturizer. It blends seamlessly and still looks really natural.

I never wear mascara or anything on my eyes, but for a night out or when I want to feel a bit more polished, I’ll add a touch of lip color. One of my favorite lipsticks was actually a gift from a dear friend, Byredo’s limited lipstick in shade Delusion, a chic brick-red matte that instantly elevates any look. Otherwise, I always keep a few Chanel Rouge Coco Flash lipsticks in my bag – just in case. They’re hydrating, easy to wear, and perfect for touch-ups throughout the day.

On Haircare

My hair is naturally very straight and thick, so it’s quite easy to manage. Most of the time, I let it air dry to give it a bit more volume and texture, which works really well for my hair type.

I have two brushes I absolutely love and use all the time. One is a natural bristle brush I found at a pharmacy in Paris—perfect for smoothing and keeping my hair sleek. The other is a round natural bristle brush I got from my favorite perfumery in Milan, Mazzolari. It’s amazing for creating volume and I often use it when I do my go-to slicked-back bun, which I love and wear often.

As for products, I usually wash my hair with the Aesop Bergamot Shampoo, which feels super refreshing, and follow with the Ouai Fine Hair Conditioner. I really like voluminous hair, but with straight hair it can be a bit tricky – this combo helps add body without weighing it down.

When I have more time, I’ll use the Dyson Airwrap to add a bit of shape and movement, but most days I keep it simple and just tie my hair back into a slingback bun. It’s quick, clean, and always makes me feel put together.

On Health and Wellness

My approach to health and wellness is rooted in small rituals that make me feel grounded. First thing in the morning, I brush my teeth and recently started incorporating tongue scraping into my routine—it’s such a simple habit, but it genuinely makes me feel better and more refreshed. Then I take a quick cool shower to wake up fully.

Every morning I drink a warm glass of water with lemon. It’s a small ritual that helps me ease into the day and sets the tone for a healthy start. I have to admit – I love starting my day with a little sugar, and being Italian, I often treat myself to a proper breakfast with some carbs. It’s my moment of comfort.

I drink plenty of water throughout the day and take magnesium supplements to support my overall wellbeing. Recently, I also started doing IV vitamin infusions with IVEE, which give me more energy and a nice immune boost.

Throughout the day, I walk a lot – usually around 9 to 10 kilometers. I live in Milan and do all my errands on foot. It’s not just a way to stay active, it’s also how I discover new corners of the city and find inspiration in architecture, people, and details around me.

In the evening, I drink a detox herbal tea before bed and, a couple of times a week, I dry brush to support circulation and gently exfoliate. Every day, I lie in bed with my legs up against the wall for about 15 minutes – it’s such a simple practice, but it really helps with circulation and winding down after a long day.

On Fragrance

I have a few fragrances that I truly love and that feel like an extension of my personality. Animalique by Byredo is one of my all-time favorites – it’s bold, unique, and a little unexpected, which I really connect with. There’s something intriguing about its blend that always makes me feel confident and a bit mysterious.

I also adore Vanilla Powder by Métier Première. It’s soft and comforting with a warm, cozy vibe that reminds me of quiet, intimate moments.

Another scent I wear often is Leather Petal by Régime des Fleurs. It balances rich leather with delicate florals, creating a beautiful contrast that feels both edgy and elegant.

A Beauty Tip

My number one beauty tip is to keep things simple and always prioritize hydration, both for your skin and yourself. When you take care of your body with good habits and gentle rituals, your natural glow really shines through.
