Beauty to me is about alignment and care for one self and others. It’s harmony, energy and the intention woven into what we do.

On Skincare
I love a low-time morning and evening sequence. In the evening, I always begin by cleansing with CAP Beauty’s Blue – it’s soothing, and my skin feels soft afterward. A few times a week I’ll massage in LESSE’s Refining Cleanser for gentle exfoliation. From there, I rotate between CAP Beauty’s Crema, LESSE’s Essential Moisturizer, or Marie Veronique’s Barrier Restore Serum. I like to keep variety, but with my sensitive skin, I stay loyal to the brands I know truly work. I’m also a devoted Yuka advocate, honestly a bit obsessive about keeping my ingredients clean without hormone disrupting ingredients – greenwashing is real, so I get really nerdy when researching ingredients before I buy a product. This app so easily explains what to avoid. In the mornings, I’ll add a serum from either Marie Veronique or CAP, followed by sun protection from LESSE or Marie Veronique. And lastly, I reach for Activist’s lip balm as it hydrates beautifully without adding shine.
On Makeup
Right now I’m using Armani Luminous Silk, Victoria Beckham’s brow gel, and Lune+Aster mascara in brown, with just a touch of Monastery Made’s Attar as a natural highlighter. I’d honestly prefer to wear nothing on my skin, but since I have a few sun spots on my cheeks, I use Luminous Silk more like a concealer.
On Haircare
My hair is thick and wavy, and when I was younger I always struggled with frizz and never felt I could really manage it. Since creating The Grounding Collection, I haven’t used anything else. It makes my hair soft, cleanses beautifully, and even cleared up my scalp sensitivities. I’m convinced it was the sulfates, synthetic fragrance, and harsh ingredients in other shampoos that left my hair dehydrated and dull. I’m very low maintenance with both care and styling. The most I’ll do is run a T3 blow-dry brush through my hair when it’s almost dry, which gives it a more luxe texture until the next wash.
On Health / Wellness
I try to eat as organically as possible; lots of fermented foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with good-quality grass-fed meat and fish. I keep a pretty steady rhythm with movement too. Last year I loved mixing high-intensity training with pilates, but now, in the middle of my pregnancy, I’m enjoying mat pilates and yoga for mobility.
On Fragrance
I keep a few brands in rotation. Ffern makes beautiful limited-edition scents and candles that feel like a treasure to unbox. Abel is another favorite, especially Black Anise and Green Cedar. I admire Frances, the Founders of Abel’s practice and how she for so long has stood behind natural scents before everyone else – a true pioneer if you ask me. I also love Basium’s little roll-on essential oils. They’re easy to keep in my bag for a quick refresh. Constanze, Basium’s founder, and I started our brands at the same time, right alongside our friendship.
A beauty tip you swear by?
It might sound simple, but: morning sun in your eyes, managing stress, positive thoughts and self-love affirmations, caring for yourself in whatever healthy form that takes, choosing organic whole foods, and surrounding yourself with people who truly love and support you.

I rarely get treatments, but when I do, I love seeing Kristyn at Practice for microneedling in the winter. At Onda Beauty, the Buccal facial is another favorite. What I really try to keep up with is regular massage – I’ve had amazing ones at incredible hotels, but it truly depends on the therapist. An expensive place isn’t always the best. In the city, I always go back to Renewing Wellness. It’s not fancy, but they really know what they’re doing.
