What does Beauty mean to you?

For me, true beauty comes from within. I believe when one is happy, content and joyful, it radiates as the most spectacular kind of beauty.

For me to feel beautiful I have to be happy and most importantly, have to be looking after myself. When you love and respect your body, you see it on the outside.

On Skincare

I use Dr Sam’s products because I have really sensitive skin, which her products are amazing for. Her cleanser is my constant go-to.

After cleansing, I put on my serum. I cannot live without the zinc and hyaluronic acid drops from Artisans of Skin. They have totally changed my skin. They’re calming and hydrating. I get rosacea, and the zinc has helped with redness.

I’m also prone to dry skin and dermatitis, so I’ve found the Augustinus Bader skin infusion a life changer – it’s the perfect layer of hydration. Not oily either – I hate any oil on my skin!

Vitamin C Serum by Jan Marini and her 3D hylauronic cream are also amazing in the morning.

The Charlotte Tilbury cryo eye serum is my favourite product, I feel alive as soon as I apply it in the morning!

I keep AM and PM pretty much the same, apart from in the evening, I add Calming serum by Joanne Evan’s, Skin Matters.

On Haircare

Batiste dry shampoo is my favourite hair product, not chic I know.

I use Kerestase shampoo and conditioner, Josh Woods Miracle Hair Mask, La Bonne Brosse hair brush, Heresheon’s Almost Everything Cream and Sam McKnights Cool Girl Texture Spray

But if I’m being honest, I don’t even own a hairdryer! I like my hair to be as natural and messy as possible.

On Health and Wellness

I exercise 5 times a week – Pilates with Sophie Rose, and Boxing with Nat Roberson. They’re both really local to me and also really good friends, which makes it even more fun. Exercise is like therapy for me.

I have a celery juice every morning, and during the week days try to cook as much as possible. I also do therapy once a week and cryo and saunas when I have time. I love nothing more than ending a day in a candle-lit bubble bath with a face mask, and love a massage at home!

Supplements-wise, I love JS Health Detox and Debloat, and their hair and skin supplements. I also take AG1 every morning and magnesium every night. And I swear by Revive Collagen.

On Fragrance

My two favourites are Gypsy Water by Byredo and Neroli by Le Labo. They are so sweet and girly, like me. Haha!

One beauty tip that you absolutely swear by?

Less is more! Drink masses of water, be kind to yourself and don’t compare yourself to others!

C02 Face masks, micro needling and 111 Skin’s black diamond and cryo face masks are my favourites. I also love a very subtle fake tan, it makes me feel glowing and healthy – Saint Tropez is the best! Also, Elidel cream is amazing for anyone who has dermatitis.
