Laszlo Badet

I was born to two wonderful parents. My mom Elodie Badet is a model and my dad Bernard Ramella a painter. Both are wonderful people. They taught me how to be myself and preserve my true personality. This advice has been essential to me, and today I’m sure of myself by being who I am. Beauty is physical beauty, too often associated with ugly stereotypes, but the beauty we have within us is an infinite source.

I give my all to it.

I try to give close attention to my skin as it’s very sensitive. I wash my face in the morning with Ducray Keracnyl, Gel moussant ,then I spray rose water on it. I apply the serum La Roche posey, Effaclar serum and the cream from Bioderma, Sébium sensitive.I use the cream “La Roche Posay, Cicaplat Baume B5+ when my skin is dry, or I love to use SVR, Sebiaclear Mat & Pores. If I have any spots, I use the Adapalène Zentiva 0,1% cream.

Everyday make-up routine

After my skincare routine, with a clean brush I use Hermès, Rose Hermès and I apply foundation with the Absolution, La crème di teint 02, then powder using Chanel, Le teint ultra. I don’t make up my eyes very often. I like to brush my eyebrows and apply lip balm, that’s all.

Evening make-up looks

I repeat what I did in the morning. I like to re-cleanse my face in the evening and start all over again. I add blush using Hermès rose. If I have a special occasion, I either line my lashes with the Hermès burgundy mascara or I use a matte red lipstick from MAC.

I have long, fine hair. It has a soft, silky texture but breaks and gets damaged easily if I don’t take care of it. My profession as a cook puts a lot of strain on my hair, because I always have to tie it up, and it’s usually dirty every day because of the kitchen smells… so I have to wash it every other day. I don’t use many different hair products. I like to change my shampoo brand from time to time, but I usually use Klorane nettle shampoo.

I have a pretty active daily life. Even though I live in the city, I often go to the seaside for a swim or take long walks in the mountains. Nature is part of my physical and psychological well being.

I often take magnesium and iron, but not much else… I eat a healthy rhythm, lots of fruit and vegetables.

I don’t have any particular rituals. As I don’t have much extra time, I don’t seem to enjoy as many pampering moments as I’d like too. When my sister or mum visit me in Paris, we visit Hammam at La Mosquée de Paris. We spend hours at the Hammam, doing scrubs with black soap and a massage with orange blossom oil… we come out feeling so light. It’s a rare moment in my life, but one that does me so much good.

When I’m back in Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Leman, I love to dive into the lake after a sauna, whatever the season. The cool water regenerates my whole body in a flash! I recommend going to the Bain des Paquis in Geneva.

Rose 31 from “le Labo”. This fragrance on my skin is very personal. It will always be mine. I wear it with care for special occasions. It lives with me in the present, reminds me of the past and follows me into the future.

This fragrance is like a concentrate of all my expression and passion.

My little lip balm from Baume des muses by Universelle Buly, a gift from a dear friend. It’s a little pink box with my initials on it. I store it in a soft velvet case. Inside is a pretty mirror and this perfect lip balm.
