What does Beauty mean to you?

Beauty should be easy to me. It is a wellness process for body and mind. I use beauty to respond to my body and skins needs. Or eventually making myself ready for a special moment.

On Skincare

I do have morning and night time routine that evolves depending on my skins needs.

My morning routine: 

I first use the Soothing Cleansing Milk from Dr Hauschka.

Then always apply some Hyaluronic Acid and Ionized Water from the Officine Universelle Buly (one of my favorite Parisian shops).

After that I am using the Concentrated Moisturizing Serum from Givenchy Skin Ressource.

Finishing with my Rose Day Cream from Dr Hauschka again.

My night routine :

I first use the Soothing Cleansing Milk from Dr Hauschka.

Then generally apply the Skin Perfecting’ 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant from Paula’s Choice.

On Haircare

I have very long natural hair. I wash my hair with the Redken Extreme Lengths Products and wanted to go natural and conscious for my hair as for my skin while keeping wonderful results and hair quality.

I’ve been using the LUSH Fairly Traded Honey Shampoo for a year now and the result is wonderful as much for my sensitive dry scalp as for my lengths and ends.

My main tip is to wash your hair as least as possible. And always do two shampoos each time you wash. (the 1st takes dust off, the second actually washes your hair).

On Make-up

 I do not use make-up for my everyday routine. The only make-up product I am using often is my CHANEL Healthy Glow Sheer Powder N°50. I use it to blush my cheeks if I feel like looking too pale during winter.

My evening make-up looks could be my CHANEL powder on my cheeks only, or I add my Christian Louboutin Red Velvet Matte Lipstick. If I really wanna push the party look I can use my DIOR Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil to create a smokey look (without lipstick often).

 

 

On Health and Wellness

I love to boost my metabolism and mind. I am now trying the “Sunday Natural” supplements CHAGA 30% POLYSACCHARIDES in capsules (concentration), Magnésium Complex ULTRA 9 (random health cure) & L-TYROSINE 500 mg (mind health).

I believe in herbal medicine from Ayurveda, and avoid the impact of glucose for nutrition.

If I get stressed, I get some TULSI (herbal Ayurveda) capsules from “SAMSKARA” brand up to 3 times a day, it works so well.

Morning Yoga and wild horse riding in the French Normandy forest are my exercises.

On Rituals

I love to start the day with some alternate breathing, yoga stretchings and a cup of hot water to prepare my belly for the day.

On Fragrance

A way to comfort myself is spraying some Sanoflore Organic Cornflower Floral Water on my face. It has a decongestant power on your eyes and smells like a hug.
