For me, beauty is the inner reflection of a person. Beauty is more than just a perfect face and body according to the standards of our time. A sincere smile and deep, gentle gaze are far more reflective of beauty.

I usually cleanse my face and body with a glove and water, never soap on my face. Afterwards, I spray my face with floral waters and massage it with an organic serum. For my face and around the eyes I use a very rich moisturising day or night cream, I like Antipodes products. Massage is essential for beautiful skin and a healthy glow.

I love Kiehl’s and Christophe Robin’s products for my hair.

I like Westman Atelier’s makeup for the complexion and Givenchy’s revealing black lipstick 16, which enhances the exact color of my lips. I don’t wear much make-up.

In my opinion, the most important thing is to eat quality, organic produce. Personally, I’m a vegetarian and I love fruit and vegetables. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for twenty years, they are essential to my life. I take various dietary supplements to stay in shape and for my skin and hair. I massage my body every evening to get my energy flowing. I laugh a lot with my family and friends.

At the very least every day, even if I’m in a hurry, I do a few sun salutations and every evening I vigorously massage my body before going to bed, a bit haphazardly, just to get my energy flowing.

I currently wear 4 fragrances depending on the day, which allows me to smell them, because if you always have the same perfume, you don’t smell it anymore. Jersey by Chanel, L’eau des merveilles by Hermès, L’eau de Chloe, and Agua by Loewe.
