Good skin and healthy, happy hair!
What does beauty mean to you?
On Skincare
My evening routine starts with a simple make-up remover, followed by cleansing using Avene Cleanance. I then use REN Glow Tonic or Medik8 Press and Glow or a gentle alternative, such as Bioderma Micellar water, which I’ve been using since my teenage years in Paris. For retinol, I love Paula’s Choice 1% Retinol treatment, followed by a rich moisturizer, like Kiehl’s Ultra facial cream. If I am not using Retinol then I use a serum (Chantecaille Firming serum) followed by a moisturizer. I go to Korea regularly for work and I have a couple of K-beauty staples, like the Beauty of Joseon Revive eye cream, which is gentle and nourishing for eyes.
Morning is cleansing, micellar water, a Vitamin C serum (I love the Bring Green Vitamin C serum which I also picked up in Seoul, or Medik8 Super-C), Chantecaille Sheer Glow followed by SPF, or Paula’s Choice Resist which is a handy combination of moisturiser and SPF50.

On Make-Up
I adore the Merit beauty blush, it gives such a natural, healthy glow and the Merit Beauty mascara is completely clump-free.
On Health and Wellness
I exercise 3 to 4 times a week, a mix of resistance training, yoga and swimming. It works for me and helps me keep sane.
Your Beauty Secrets...
I know it’s not the tip that people want to hear but not drinking alcohol is probably one of the best things I have ever done for my skin (I’m teetotal).
On Fragrance
I’m very unfaithful with fragrances and I change all the time, depending on the weather, my mood, my budget etc…having said this, I often come back to Byredo’s Bal d’Afrique which is probably the closest I’ll ever have to a signature scent.
‘ I use Chantecaille’s Sheer glow for an instant glow effect.’
