I don’t always stick to a routine—it depends on how I feel. That said, there are a few products I frequently return to:
Rose Jelly makeup remover by Plenaire, for its texture and feel.
2% BHA liquid exfoliant by Paula’s Choice, which does an excellent job at evening out the texture of the skin.
Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Serum, which essentially feels like textured water.
Nuori mousse – I like washing my face with this occasionally.
Nivea Soft. Easy, reliable, with basic ingredients and a texture I like.
Chanel Les Beiges – it’s the lightest foundation I’ve ever had, and it blends very naturally into the skin.
Dior Addict Lipgloss – for its shine and tingly feeling.
Glossier concealer, light 4 – it’s my perfect colour match.
Any eyebrow brush, for a neat look.
Hermes Rouge Bleu lipstick, for lips and cheeks.
Drunk Elephant Bronzi drops. I use this almost every day to combat my winter vampire look.

‘Best texture and feel.’
My hairdresser, Rino de Nicolo in Paris, recommends everything from Tokio Inkarami, and I have to agree, their shampoo and conditioner keep my hair in its best condition! I also love their oil treatment, which I apply to dry hair when using other products.
I feel good when I take care of myself—drinking water, eating fruit, walking.
But I feel my best when I don’t overthink too much! To me, the perfect balance is between staying mindful and letting things flow/ embracing a sense of ease. Hopefully then everything else follows naturally.
