What does beauty mean to you?

I think beauty is incredibly personal – it’s different for everyone. For me, it’s closely connected to confidence and how you feel on the inside, as cheesy as that might sound. It’s really about feeling like the best version of yourself.

Take us through your morning and evening skincare routine

AM: I love starting my day with an ice bath for my face. It helps de-puff, really wakes me up, and even helps with any anxiety. Then I apply the Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Serum, which I keep in the fridge, followed by my Everything Eye Patches – I usually wear them to Pilates.

After class, I apply the Face Cream Rich mixed with my Everything Bronzing Drops, followed by our Eye Cream.

PM: At night, I wash my face with the foam Cleanser, then apply the Hyalronic Serum, followed by our new Peptide Serum. I layer Face Cream Rich, often mixed with the Ceramide Drops Face oil. I also use a serum for my eyebrows and lashes that my friend Sophia recommended – it’s been a game changer for shaping my brows and lifting my lashes. Twice a week, I’ll use the Enzyme Cleanser for gentle exfoliation, and I often reach for my Everything Hydrogel Mask, especially when I’m travelling or getting ready for an event.

What are your most loved make-up essentials?

As much as I love a natural look, I also love make-up – especially using it to enhance my features or cover little insecurities. What always makes me feel more confident is applying my favorite Kosas Revealer Concealer anywhere I have redness, like around my nose, chin, or under my eyes. I fill in my brows with the Hourglass Arch Brow Micro Sculpting Pencil and brush them up with the Victoria Beckham FeatherFix Brow Gel. I also love a bit of contour and bronzer. The Victoria Beckham Contour Stylus has been a game changer, and I also love the creamy contour stick from Tom Ford. Then I’ll add blush – usually Patrick Ta Cream & Powder Blush Duo in She’s Blushing and the new Fara Homidi Essential Blonzer Compact, which I always carry in my bag. For lips, my go-to liners are Fara Homidi Smudge & Contour Lip Pencil in Minky and Make Up For Ever Wherever Artist Color Pencil in Wherever Walnut Matte, finished with a Saie or Kosas lipgloss.

For evenings, I like a little more coverage and have been obsessed with the m.ph Le Skin Weightless Foundation, it’s so lightweight and skin-like. I also love eyeshadow – the Charlotte Tilbury Super Nudes Easy Palette is a staple, and I’ve been loving the Fara Homidi Essential Eye Compact too. The Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer is amazing when I want a more polished make-up look, and the ILIA Limitless Lash Mascara has been part of my routine forever. I’ve also been loving m.ph Beauty lip products. To finish a night-out look, I use the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder and Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray.

What are the haircare essentials you swear by?

I’ve always been lucky with my hair, especially when it comes to the colour – I’ve never dyed it – which I think has also helped keep it healthy. Now that I’ve turned 30, I’ve noticed it’s changing a little and doesn’t grow quite like it used to, so I’ve become much more intentional with my haircare.

I religiously use our Anti -Hair Fall Shampoo, Repair Hair Mask, and Scalp Serum. Once a week, I use the Living Proof Triple Bond Complex, and I’m diligent about applying heat protectant – the L’Oréal EverPure Moisture Spray. I also try to limit heat styling as much as I can. As much as I love loose waves, my hair naturally dries straight, so especially in the summer, I like to let it air dry. I’ve also been loving Amika’s Kure Intense Strength Repair Mask.

We would love you to share your health and wellness philosophy - what works for you and why.

I really believe in balance. Because I travel so much, I love having a routine when I’m home.

My mornings always start with an ice bath for my face, journaling, and lemon water before coffee. I work out around five times a week – usually Pilates or strength training – and try to walk 10,000 steps a day.

Walking, especially in nature or a park, has a huge impact on how I feel. If I’m feeling a bit anxious, it always helps me reset. I also love reading and writing. Since I eat out a lot when I’m travelling or with friends, I enjoy cooking when I’m at home – it feels healthier, and I like to keep it simple. That said, I also love going out and treating myself. For me, it’s all about balance.

Favorite fragrance?

I’ve worn Bal d’Afrique by Byredo for years – it’s one of those fragrances that always feels like me. Recently, I switched to the Bal d’Afrique Absolu version, which I love even more and never travel without. Lately, I’ve also been layering it with Cedrus Intense by Chloé, and together they’re my perfect combination.

One beauty tip you swear by?

Stick to the routine that works for you. We’re all so bio-individual, and what works for someone else won’t necessarily work for you. Once you’ve found a routine that makes your skin feel its best and gives you confidence, stick with it.

Charly's Directory

In London, I go to Sophia’s Brows for my brows and lashes, Nick at George Northwood for cuts and blow-dries, Medusa in Chelsea for manicures, and Dr. Barbara Sturm for facials, of course – I love the Thermal Sculpt Renewal Facial in particular. I also love Sarah Bradden for acupuncture, Laiz Lymphatic for lymphatic drainage massages, Body by Pilates for Pilates, and Matter Training for PT.

In New York, I always visit Dr. Barbara Sturm, Gilded Ritual for manicures, Forma Pilates, Gotham Gym for PT, Jenna Perry for blowouts, and Spencer’s Spa for massages.
