I am obsessed with looking like I’ve literally done nothing, but actually using 300 products. I love how women age gracefully and naturally and I am entirely opossed to the Kardashian effect, it’s the antithesis of how I want look. With that comes lots of lotions and potions!
What is Beauty to you?
On Skincare
I always do cleanser, serum, face oil, moisture both morning and night. I very rarely use retinol, although if I do, it is at night. I do a lot of skin brushing and love body oil. I use my red light therapy pretty religiously as well from Omnilux.

On Make-Up
I basically only use. Westman Atelier, Hermes and Dior. I recently did a shoot with Dior and after the makeup artist did my makeup, I ordered the entire line of products she used, I loved it so much. Westman is super creamy and easy to apply, I love to look dewy & glowing and to be ready in 5 mins, , which is why Westman Atelier is amazing. I also LOVE Hermes makeup, its so beautiful aesthetically and I always use it for when I’m going out.
On Haircare
I have very dry hair so have a conditioning treatment at Hershesons once a month. I use oribe shampoo and conditioner, K18 treatment and olaplex a lot. For styling it is Hershesons products which are so so good and the Dyson Airwrap which is an absoute gamechanger for someone with long hair!
On Fragrance

I also love Frederic Malle Le parfum de therese, which was a gift from my husband and I have been wearing it for years.
On Health and Wellness
I live near the woods and the Heath so I do a lot of walking each day. My secret is silent retreats a couple of times a year, I LOVE them so much. Nature, water, doing things you love, learning to say no, no sugar before bed (the hardest!) and early bedtime.
Your Beauty Secrets
Drink so much water and wear SUNSCREEN ! Also face oils are completely underrated.
