On Haircare

I wash my hair every 2-3 days with shampoo and conditioner, I change them a lot because I haven’t found one I love, and let my hair air dry. I also brush with a de-tangler twice a day.

On Make-up

I don’t wear makeup everyday. If I have appointments/meetings, I use the products listed in my Cabinet. For evening, to be honest, I don’t really know how to do “makeup” makeup – so I just add RMS UnCoverup for eye concealer, Tata Harper Very Popular Cheek Tint and Pixi Brow Duo in deep brunette. That’s it.

In Brie's File

‘They were also a saving grace when I had an allergic eye reaction, and the only products I could use for months.’

On Health and Wellness

Every morning I drink Samahan ayurvedic tea & add ginseng and try to do at least 10 minutes of stretching / yoga. I take a lot of different vitamins if I remember with a meal – B1, ginger, D, C, and then a cortisol manager & magnesium at night.

On Rituals

I take dance 2-5 times a week, try to do yoga at home for under 30 minutes on the off days, and then meet with a trainer or weight train once to twice a week.

On Fragrance

Lately I’ve been loving this brand Ffern, who create seasonal scents. My go-to for the past 12 years is Christian Dior Sauvage, and recently also Hermes Eau De L’Orange Vert.

Your Beauty Secrets..

Dr. Haushcka Eye Balm & Lesse Ritual Oil are the only products I can use when my eye allergy arises.
