There are common steps I use both morning and night. I start cleaning my skin with a bar soap (no brand here – the soap is made by an old lady from my grandma’s village who recycles the oil from cooking and makes this super soap). I then spray my face with rose water from ROWSE brand.
Once my face is dry, in the mornings I apply a 20% hyaluronic acid serum (no brand here either – it’s made for me by my dermatologist) and at night I apply a 3% retinol serum also formulated by my dermatologist.
After the serums, I apply the Hydra-Repair Day Cream Camellia & Geranium from GROWN ALCHEMIST. I’ve been using this moisturizer for the last 7 years and it works perfectly for my combined skin. It used to be very oily but when I turned 35, it changed completely.
Then once a week I apply the Green Tea Purifying Clay Mask from SKIN79.
As for my body, approximately a year ago I started using the Lymph-Lite Body Brush from Legology and I can’t live without it. I use it on dry skin before showering and then I apply Dexeryl from Pierre Fabré. I borrow it from my son who has atopic skin.
‘It’s like fresh air when you apply it. The smell reminds me of my grandmother.’
