YSL Couture Palette
Let’s talk about packaging. We’re all about it. Give us a fancy compact, Chanel blotting paper and a Tom Ford lipstick, and heck, even if we don’t use it as much as we intended to (thanks for nothing, ‘cost-per-wear’ justification), it still looks damn good in the make-up draw.
So when we eyed off this pressed metal YSL compact it was love at first sight. But the difference here being, the colours in the new Metal Clash Palette are so bang on it hurts and cost-per-wear is thankfully, at an all time low.
Gold is totally where our heads are at, and we’ve been using the ashen gold pigment on the top lash line for day, adding a good dose of mascara. It’s all about using the colours in a subtle way, and dressing down for the occasion. For evening, try lining the lower lid with the purple pigment. It’s a fresh take on the trusty old black liner.
Get it. Your make-up draw will totally be into it.
