Outside of free stuff and ’00s music videos, there’s little more in life I love more than a solid combo deal. A choc-top and Coke at the cinema; Ratatouille the film and ratatouille the meal; the hairdresser’s seat and a copy of News Weekly; a burger and a beer at the pub. You name a combo, and you can rest assured I dabble in it on the regular.

Most of my favourite iconic duos revolve around food (see above for evidence), but one non-edible combo staple of mine is RMS Beauty’s famed Lip2Cheek. You can only imagine how (!!!) EXCITED (!!!) I was at the news of RMS’ founding beauty kween, Rosie-Marie Swift’s decision to combine her Lip2Cheek in Smile and Spell in the one palette, along with the Master Mixer, Living Luminizer, and Simply Cocoa Lip & Skin Balm. It’s called the Signature Set, and it’s my ultimate combo dream come true. I’ve taken the Mod Collection colour-way for a spin, and these are my findings:

If you, along with everyone ever, are trying to get that ~glow~, the Master Mixer is where it’s at. Over the weekend, I wore a layer of it on top of my tinted moisturiser, and the resultant glow outshone even my sister’s newly-acquired engagement ring (congrats, and apologies for one-upping you, boo). Its golden tone added a pop of shine to my eyelids, cheeks, and lips, and I guarantee it’ll do the same for you. The Living Luminizer is a sheer, pearl-coloured wonder product that gave my skin a super dewy sheen. Score. The palette is rounded out with the two Lip2Cheek colours, which need no introduction. And to top it off, the Simply Cocoa Lip & Skin Balm is all the hydration your face needs. I guess the only way to fully convey how much I froth this product is to borrow a line from Mariah Carey: “I can’t live if living is without you.”
